We supply to institutions and registered laboratories only. New accounts are verified before first dispatch, and we may ask for a purchase order or a letter on institutional letterhead. All products are for in-vitro laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use.

There is no online checkout. Each account is set up in conversation, quoted in writing and paid by bank deposit before goods leave our facility.

  2. Meeting

    A 20–30 minute video call, phone call or site visit to confirm specifications, batch requirements and lead times.

  3. Quotation

    A written quote addressed to your purchasing office, with pricing, lead times and validity period.

  4. Bank deposit

    Invoice issued on acceptance. Payment by EFT to the account details below — we have no card facilities.

  5. Dispatch

    Once funds clear, your order ships tracked, with its certificate of analysis and safety data sheet.
